1. Cancellation Policy

• 24 Hours Before Puja: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled puja time are eligible for a full refund.
• Less than 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the puja time are not eligible for a refund.
• Immediate Bookings: For same-day bookings or emergency pujas, cancellations are not permitted.

2. Refund Policy

• Eligible Refunds: Refunds will be processed only if the puja was canceled per the cancellation terms or if the puja was not performed due to service issues.
• Non-Refundable Cases:
• No-show by the devotee at the scheduled time (for virtual/interactive pujas).
• Incorrect or incomplete details provided by the devotee.
• Technical issues from the user’s side (e.g., poor internet during video puja).
• Service Charges: Platform/transactional charges may be non-refundable depending on the payment gateway terms.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be initiated to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.
• You will be notified via email/SMS once the refund is processed.

4. Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule the puja once without additional cost, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the puja.
